Because on 30 December 2022 he sexually attacked a girl on a night club in Barcelona, seven days ago Daniel Alves got arrested at the same city. Last Friday the judge had refused to grant the 39-year-old any bail from prison fearing of his escape from Spain, thus until now the Brazilian is still being locked up.
