Less than 3 months before the beginning of the great European football team tournament, French security forces are simulating all kinds of attacks. Today the largest drill was in the southern city of Nimes where more than a thousand police and firemen were practicing a chemical weapons attack in the 'fan zone'. Closed perimeter area is when those supporters who cannot enter the stadium will remain watching the games outside on giant screens is simply called the 'fan zone'. "In Nimes, it was about a chemical or bacteriological threat. We don't believe there is a genuine risk of this type of attack but we must envisage every hypothesis" explained French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve.
