'Hire more women for top jobs'

Tennis legend Billie Jean King threw a big challenge to the new president Gianni Infantino. After lots of corruption, bribery scandals that rocked this organization she sends a clear message on Monday: 'Hire more women for top jobs'. Currently in FIFA there is no women in top management. Among other things King said that 'the male dominated football world body has a chance to transform itself' after lots of scandals. She also suggested 'three concrete steps' for the organization: 'one-third of management hires should be women, appoint a CEO-like general secretary who supports gender equality and appoint stuff to create a commercial strategy for women's football'.
King is working with the same American corporate advisory company as FIFA.
