Galatasaray banned and fined

For breaching the financial fair play rule, Turkish champions Galatasaray are banned from UEFA competitions. They are excluded from Champions or uropa League whether the club qualifies it or not for this season or next. The club is also 'asked' to bring their wage bill under control. 'The Turkish club has also been ordered to limit the overall aggregate cost of the employee benefits expenses of all of its players' for 2016 and 2017 has said UEFA in a statement. Whenever there is a suspension, there is fine as well - the club has been ordered to pay 200.000 euros.
