Only three games on Friday

Just one match game played into the fifth round, the schedule for Friday says that is going to be played three games...and we hope they will not change it again. In two of them the winners for Gabon are already determined, but the remaining one is really mysterious and may be called a derby of the day.

- Djibouti - Tunisia. First game of the day and its starting from 14.30 CET. Awful Djibouti is struggling to record its first ever victory in this campaign...and we think they will wait a little more. From all teams in this qualifying campaign Djibouti has the worst goal scoring difference so far - 1:16 and we fear that the goals received will only grow. On the other hand the visitors are in a position to fight for the top spot with, its closest rival, Liberia. So this win is really important for Tunisia as they do not want to leave it late (for the last round).
- Libya - Morocco. In this game is quite the opposite. From all 12 groups group F leader Morocco, who is already qualified for the finals, so far it did not receive a goal as it has an impressive 7:0 in the whole campaign. This can easily continue but Libya is known to be a tough team, specially at home. In its past meetings Libya drew them twice and even had one victory over Friday's rival. But we do not think that Morocco will deceive us as they too want to continue with the victories without conceding a goal. The game starts at 19.00 CET at the Olympique de Rades stadium in Tunisia.
- Mauritania - Cameroon. No matter how strange it would sound but this can be called a derby of the day. From 19.00 CET Mauritania will entertain Cameroon, who are neck to neck with the difference between these two teams is only - one point. Most people cannot believe that Mauritania is really opposing Cameroon and on top of that are playing very well. The home side just stole the 'show' from South Africa in this group as many have thought Bafana Bafana would cause Indomitable Lions plenty of trouble. In this game however, Cameroon is favorite on paper but as both teams plays really good football the only reasonable solution is a draw. That leaves only one thing: that the final round will decide everything.
