Round five continues this weekend and with 20 matches to go, each day we will have 10. Just one round to go in these qualifiers Cameroon is the latest team who will travel to Gabon, together with Morocco and Algeria who finished their job earlier. There also also some teams who qualified to the finals from today's schedule as well.
- Burundi - Senegal at 15.00 CET. With 4 out of 4 Senegal is one of those teams who will be in Gabon. They play a Burundi side who easily receives goals, even at home. Against a stronger competitor like Senegal it would be difficult to record a victory as the visitors should add new three points.
- Tanzania - Egypt at 15.00 CET. Both teams are playing awfully at the moment despite that Egypt is a leader in group G. Tanzania has lost its chances and basically are playing for pride now. But with no goal given so far it will be very difficult to play against a determined Egypt side who wants to be back on track with victories.
- Rwanda - Mozambique at 15.30 CET. Rwanda's great run have to continue against Mozambique as well as they have not recorded a victory in this campaign and are playing awfully bad specially when they play away as visitors. With this win the home team will be hoping to be one step closer to the finals and eagerly hear what result will Ghana achieve on Sunday.
- South Sudan - Mali at 15.30 CET. With Benin out of the picture for now, Mali can already be seen in Gabon. Today the play against South Sudan, who from third place like to prove themselves in these last two games. But today the face a tough opposition and will do everything not to walk out from their stadium undefeated.
- Botswana - Uganda at 16.00 CET. Probably the first derby of the day as both teams are in fight for the top spot. The home team will try to win Uganda who have one point more from today's rival. Both teams will try to win and move a step close towards the finals but it looks like that it will settle for a draw.
- Namibia - Niger at 17.00 CET. Clash from the lowest part from the group K. With one win for both teams and almost similar goal difference Namibia and Nigger looks like they will go in a stalemate. For both, progressing to the finals is out of the question.
- Sao Tome e Principe - Cape Verde at 17.30 CET. Last place Sao Tome e Principe received 15 goals so far in this campaign and it will be real difficult to play against a determined Cape Verde side. Already settled for second place, Cape Verde is playing for pride and honor as it cannot catch group leaders Morocco.
- Guinea Bissau - Zambia at 18.00 CET. This can be easily called the second derby of the day. Who would have though that, one of the favorites, Zambia will struggle to qualify for Gabon. Nowadays new names come out and one of them is Guinea Bissau team. They have an excellent chance to make history, they are in the driving seat (as leaders) and they should win this one. But everything points that it will be a draw.
- Sierra Leone - Sudan at 18.30 CET. Sudan is challenging the Ivory Coast over the first place, in this 3 team group clash. With a win here they will be confident as all eyes will be focusing on the Elephant's match at the final day. But because these two are achieving mixed results lately, a draw will be fair for both.
- Gambia - South Africa at 19.00 CET. One of the big names in African football, South Africa in 4 matches so far is without a win. Also Gambia is in negative position as well and besides they are winless, the two of them have similar goal difference as well. However Bafana Bafana is looking to record its first win today.
