After yesterday's opening game, Copa America tonight continue with three more matches - second from group A and two will be playing in group B. However we do not expect many goals to be scored in the following games:
- Costa Rica - Paraguay. Scheduled for 23.00 CET, Costa Rica and Paraguay conclude the first day in group A. In its previous meetings between these two teams it always ended with a minimal advantage of one goal. As both teams plays some good football lately, something smells that it will be a stalemate, first in this tournament.
- Haiti - Peru. First game of the first day in group B, starts Sunday morning at 01.30 CET. Thanks to the play-off win over the expense of Trinidad and Tobago in January, Haiti is participating for the first time in the competition as a Caribbean representative. Its only meeting finished in a draw 16 years ago and as both teams are struggling nowadays but we think that Peru will take minimal victory.
- Brazil - Ecuador. Second group B game for day one. Two known rivals as Brazil constantly beats poor Ecuador with various results. The largest South American country is considered to be one of the favorites to lift the trophy but doing that will be difficult as Brazil football team is more focused on the Olympics rather than Centenario. As some key players are missing for Brazil, Ecuador will take that as an advantage and will try at least to hold them back with a draw. The game starts in early Sunday morning from 04.00 CET.
