Group stage is concluded today

The two matches in group A will finish the whole the first stage of the tournament. Like in the other group this one as well got mathematical calculations, of who will progress through to the last four.

- Papua New Guinea - Samoa. The worst team in the whole event - Samoa with 11 goals conceded and none given, plays the host who is absolute favorite to take the game. New three points will help Papua New Guinea to jump of the top on the table, temporarily, as all eyes will be out on the second game where the semi final line up will be known. What happened yesterday with Fiji it cannot repeat today with Papua New Guinea as it would be a real surprise not to win this one and had this great opportunity to go stage further. This game is scheduled to start first on the day - at 08.00 CET.
- Tahiti - New Caledonia. Probably the most interesting game from all 11 that we had so far in group A and is last on the final day in this first phase. From 11.00 CET will make a fierce battle for the next stage. The top two clash will decide who will go through. If everything goes according to plan with Papua New Guinea, then these two will be pressured to record a win. And as these are almost similar in this event so far, we give a slight advantage to the visiting team ending with a minimal result.
