Re-opening Neymar case

(Unfortunately for him) Neymar Jr. will once again appear to court for the same fraud case. For his transfer to Barcelona from Santos in 2013, Brazilian investment group DIS have said that it received smaller compensation from the real amount they should have received. Calculations from the company, who owns 40 percent of Neymar's rights, is that the missing amount should be an additional 3.2 million euros.
Because of these irregularities the 24 year old player and his father will be back in court as Spanish judge accepted to charge Neymar on Monday. Now three parties will be charged for corruption: former Brazilian club president, Barcelona and Santos. For the same thing Barcelona already was punished with 5.5 million euros for tax evasion due to this transfer.
