Three candidates from Asia

Omar Abdulrahman (United Arab Emirates), Hammadi Ahmed Aldeeaa (Iraq) and Wu Lei (PR China) will compete for the grand prize in Asia - Best player for 2016 in the region. The winner will be known at the Abu Dhabi ceremony, United Arab Emirates on 01 December.
