Solidarity with the fallen heroes

World football is still recovering from the terrible tragedy that hit Chapecoense where nearly all first team players have lost their lives in the airplane crash in the mountainous area near Medellin, Colombia. Travelling to their DESERVED final for the Copa Sudamericana and out of 81 people on board, 6 passengers survived. From that number 4 club members were found alive, but later one of them died on the way to hospital
Although it is on another continent, Spanish LaLiga is the first league to express solidarity. All Copa del Rey games, which are playing this week (from Tuesday till Thursday) plus regular championship matches from matchday 14, starting from 03 - 05 December, will observe one minute silence in memory of the victims - in all three competitions: first, second and third league.
