'Do not come in Rio'
'Things are getting uglier here everyday. I advise everyone with plans to visit Brazil for the Olympics in Rio to stay in their country of origin. Your life will be in danger here.' - with these words Brazilian great footballer Rivaldo explained the situation in the biggest South American country just three months before the Olympics. He was referring to the 17 year old Ana Beatriz Pereira Frade who was shot dead by a single bullet on Saturday morning by an armed gang. With her picture posting, Rivaldo wrote on his Instagram profile 'This morning in Rio bandits killed this girl aged 17'. With one word, the ex-Brazilian midfielder is telling foreign tourists to stay away from the capital and watch the games on TV. This country has many problems lately: crime has been on rise in the capital, political situation appears to be chaotic, many wary of the Zika virus plus the tickets of the events are selling pretty slow due to the economic situation. And speaking of that virus the doctors issued a warning today urging the 2016 Olympics to be moved to another city because of fear of worldwide epidemic. 'Only God can change the situation in our Brazil.' - the 44 year old concluded his message for the visitors.
