New FIFA face

In the beginning of the month there were indications by some Italian and Spanish media which speculated that the Croatia legendary player will have a job in FIFA and today that news was confirmed - Zvonimir Boban officially became personal adviser for Gianni Infantino. Besides the 47 year old ex-Milan midfielder yesterday Norwegian Kjetil Siem was also introduced as strategic matters to the president.
Retiring from football in 2002, Boban writes sport articles for Croatian newspaper SN (Sportske Novosti) and also have own columns in Italian Gazzetta dello Sport. He also worked as an analyst in Sky Italy. Lately the Croatian star accompanied Infantino on a tour in Russia, on inspection for preparations of the next World Cup host and also he was taking part in Mexico City for the FIFA congress last week.
