Strategic director in FIFA

Norwegian official Kjetil Siem has been named Gianni Infantino's director of strategic matters. His task is to monitor the football body's structure. Fifty-five year old Siem worked as a director in the South African Premier league and currently is a secretary general of the Norwegian FA.
