Unexpected stop at construction site

Surprisingly on Saturday, a stadium which is two-three months behind schedule, halted with its construction. Russia's sports minister Vitaly Mutko said that to the R-Sport agency with no reason given of why work in Samara's stadium has been stopped. Regional government told the newspaper Rossiiskaya Gazeta that the cause was by a cost increase of the object from the chief contracting company PSO Kazan. Despite delay, Mutko has said that the issue will be solved very soon and the stadium 'as scheduled will be done by the end of 2017' (as the FIFA Confederations Cup next year in Russia will not be taking place in Samara).
Before the halt, the investment worth more than 320 million dollars for a 44.000 seat stadium.
