FIFA unfreezes funds for CONCACAF

South and North American continents has been in the news in the past months where six presidents from these two regions were charged for corruption. But FIFA has decided to unfreeze some funds to CONCACAF region - but not all. The world football governing body want to be sure that there money will be spending well from now on. As CONCACAF, CONMEBOL will be on the watch too.
