Flags have been approved

Just a day after the esteladas (name for the Catalan flag) were banned from this weekend's Spanish cup final at Vicente Calderon by the Madrid authorities, today the ban was lifted by the Spanish court. Immediately after esteladas were prohibited to be shown in the stadium, Barcelona lawyers appealed to the court and seems to have won the case.
The club expressed that the ban violates the 'freedom of expression' in the stadium. Government officials who issued the call defended the ban who said it was for security reasons. Even the president of Primera division have joined in the long list for the ban. But, the Spanish judge means otherwise by saying 'at no time has been proven that the display of this flag can incite violence, racism, xenophobia or any form of discrimination against human dignity'. Because of this 'contentious' flags Barcelona has paid fines by just waving esteladas in the Champions league of 30 and 40.000 euros issued by UEFA.
Copa del Rey final is going to be played this Sunday on Atletico Madrid's pitch between Barcelona and Sevilla from 21.30 CET.
