Coninued arrests in Guatemala

Former president of Guatemalan FA, Brayan Jimenez has been arrested in Guatemala City, Guatemala and is now waiting to extradited him to USA in connection with the FIFA corruption scandal. He was a fugitive for a month after Guatemala police issued warrant for his arrest. The United States government also ordered to detain 16 more people from Latin America. After his arrest in his apartment Jimenez is denying any connection with corruption in FIFA. In the USA he could be charged with bribery and money laundering.
Hector Trujillo, ex-secretary general of this federation, was arrested last month on racketeering charges and he was also extradited to USA.
