CONCACAF awards 2015

The Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF) in Miami today gave awards in 11 different categories for 2015. Main trophies were won by Mexican forward and Bayer Leverkusen player Javier Hernandez and US midfielder Carli Lloyd in the female category.
Hernandez scored the first goal in the 3:2 win over United States, which gave 'the Tricolor' (Mexico) a berth in the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup. On the other hand Lloyd also was the best female player in FIFA Ballon d'Or ceremony earlier this month as well as 2015 US female football player of the year with a score of impressive 18 goals. She also won the 2015 Women's World Cup title with the US team.
The other 9 prize winners categories for 2015 from CONCACAF region are:
Male goalkeeper: Tim Howard (USA).
Male coach: Hernan Dario Gomez (Colombia).
Male referee: Joel Aguilar (El Salvador).
Male best XI: Tim Howard (USA) - Roman Torres (Panama), Giancarlo Gonzalez (Costa Rica), Hector Moreno (Mexico), Miguel Layun (Mexico) - Andres Guardado (Mexico), Michael Bradley (USA), Joel Campbell (Costa Rica), Jesus Corona (Mexico) - Javier Hernandez (Mexico), Bryan Ruiz (Costa Rica).
Female goalkeeper: Hope Solo (USA).
Female coach: Jill Ellis (USA).
Female referee: Kimberly Moreira (Costa Rica).
Goal of the year: Carli Lloyd (USA).
Female best XI: Hope Solo (USA) - Kenti Robles (Mexico), Becky Sauerbrunn (USA), Lixy Rodriguez (Costa Rica), Diana Saenz (Costa Rica) - Carli Lloyd (USA), Shirley Cruz (Costa Rica), Katherine Alvarado (Costa Rica), Veronica Perez (Mexico) - Alex Morgan (USA), Raquel Rodriguez (Costa Rica).
