Most expensive transfers

The International Centre for Sports Studies (CIES) from the Swiss town of Neuchatel revealed the annual list of the 5 big European leagues with highest transfer values. Since 2010 CIES Football Observatory research team is taking analysis from over 1.500 fee transfers, based on the player's performance, age, position, contract duration etc.
With its excellent technique which almost every week he is scoring goal/s for his Barcelona team, it is no surprise that at number one spot is the Argentinian Lionel Messi with estimated 251 million euros. If a buyer wants to buy Neymar Jr. he will have to pay 153 million euros. At the Brazilian star who is in second position, CIES is seeing an increase of the amount from 94 million since June 2015. So, 'only' 404 million euros just for these two Barcelona magicians. That is nothing...really!!!. In third place is Eden Hazard from Belgium whose transfer now would cost 130 million euros. However, in June 2015 he was valued at 143 million.
