Are AFC and CAF deals in trouble?

If he is doing this deliberately or not, is this his dirty move only he knows but more than 40 days until the elections Jordanian candidate for FIFA president wants to revise signed documents between AFC (Asian Football Confederation) and the CAF (Confedration of Africa Football).
Prince Ali is concerned that the newly announced 4 year 'memorandum of understanding' deal between these two regions, which among others is said to improve the development of football of the two confederations, is a way of engineering a bloc vote in the forthcoming FIFA elections. Alis' hot rival sheikh Salman is heavily involved in the agreement citing a memorable day on the CAF's official website. As the Bahrain sheikh is at the same time AFC president, Jordanian Prince is concerned that this may be a possible breach of rules in the FIFA presidential election race.
If this is indeed violation of rules or just fear that Ali is loosing the chair of the worlds most powerful football organization we have to wait and see on 26 February.
