Undisciplined striker

Colin Kazim-Richards from Feyenoord is suspended for two weeks after he challenged a journalist to a fight. Richards did not like the article in the Dutch daily newspaper 'Algemeen Dagblad', so at a press conference he threatened Mikos Gouka (the reporter) who wrote it. Because of this incident he was dropped from the squad last weekend against PSV Eindhoven and his suspension from Monday is extended until 01 February. For those two weeks, Kazim-Richards is out of the club, no longer trains and is prohibited to feature in any games until the end of the month. Feyenoord will re-evaluate the situation after his suspension ends. Gouka had written an article questioning Kazim-Richards' attitude, claiming that Feyenoord is tired from the 29-year old following a number of small incidents.
London-born Turkish international started his career at Bury, and also played for Sheffield United, Fenerbahce, Galatasaray and Bursaspor where he came to Feyenoord last year. From 11 games this season in the Dutch Eredivisie he scored 1 goal.
