Sexwale's proposals

One of the outsiders for the FIFA presidential race, Tokyo Sexwale has quite and interesting proposals if he wins the election.

Maybe he has another 'hidden' mechanism that we are not aware off. Another option for the South African is to wait 9 long years to do that.
